Terms and conditions 

Upon first visit customers must ensure the Field is suitable and secure for their specific use. In particular, the height of the fence and materials used to secure the field. Please check all gates are closed.

Please refer to our website for current pricing.

We reserve the right to change the pricing for use of the Field without notice.

Booking, Payment, & Cancellations

Use of the Field is strictly by appointment only. You must book online but please contact us to make alternative arrangements if this is not possible. Payment must be made in advance via our online booking system before using the Field.

 Any breach of the terms and conditions will lead to a permanent ban from hiring the field.

When making your booking you must provide the correct number of dogs that will be attending the field. Any changes to these details must be made 24 hours in advance. Please note all bookings are non-refundable.

Due to council restrictions a Maximum of 4 dogs are allowed in the field per slot.

Please note that you are required to arrive and depart within your hour slot. Customers must ensure that they exit the car park on time, therefore we recommend you allow 5/10 minutes to exit the Field safely.  Failure to do so could result in a ban from future use of the field.

Numbers of Cars, People and Dogs

When using the field a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the car park for the duration of your booking.

Please do not drive on the grass either inside or outside the dog field.

Please ensure the gate(s) is fully closed and secure before letting your dog out of the vehicle or off the lead.

We accept no liability for any damage or loss sustained whilst customers are in the car park. Customers waiting to use the field with their booking must remain in their vehicle(s) whilst the car park is vacated by the previous customer.

Entering and Exiting the Field

Please note we are not able to extend your slot time should you arrive late for your booking. Please make sure that you exit the site on time this is to prevent the next customer from waiting. Dogs must not meet in the car park and must always be kept in cars until the Field has been vacated. Please do not enter the carpark until the previous users have safely put there dogs in the car.

Withdrawal of Facility

We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our discretion. For example,

  • Bad weather conditions (your slot will be transferred to a different date)

  • Emergency maintenance (your slot will be transferred to a different date)

  • If individuals have not complied with the terms and conditions

Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, we shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the customer as result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.

Please see our website for opening times. We generally operate during daylight hours.

Facilities, Maintenance & Health & Safety

The field is a countryside-based facility and as such although maintained by us, there may be branches and stones, uneven ground, mud and leaves in the Field.

There is no light, toilet or water facility available on site.

The Field will be inspected daily to ensure it is tidy and secure, please notify us if you have any concerns.

Dog waste MUST be picked up and put in the bin. By not complying with these conditions will have their permission to use the Field withdrawn.  

Owners must discourage their dog(s) from digging and any resultant holes from your dog(s) digging must be filled in prior to leaving the Field. 

The Field may get wet and muddy (especially in the winter months) so customers must ensure adequate and suitable footwear is always worn.

You must remove all your personal items upon leaving the Field as this could cause a choking hazard to other dogs. Please do not leave litter or broken toys, please put any waste in the bin provided.

Children must always be supervised, no swinging on gates/fences.

We do not accept liability for any accidents or injuries.

No flammables or explosive materials are permitted in the field.

The customer will not operate the release of any high-flying object. The surrounding farmland is grazed by cattle, please ensure no objects are launched over the fences. Please inform us immediately if you believe an object may be beyond the Field boundary.

At no time should any dog(s) be tethered to any structures or equipment on site, e.g. fencing, posts, gates & benches.

Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.

Within the Field you may have the use of a small set of agility jumps, tunnels, dog walk and weave poles – All this equipment is to be used at your own risk.

In accordance with the law regarding ‘Responsible Dog Ownership’ you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s) safety whilst using the Field. The law states that you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times. 

 

Right of Entry

Our staff will be allowed access at any time onto the land to carry out inspections.

We reserve the right to refuse permission to or evict any persons from the Field.

Code of Ethics

Owners must ensure that all dogs using the field are up to date with their dog(s) respective flea, worming, and tick control. 

Harsh handling of any dog(s) either verbal or physical is not allowed. 

All dogs must wear their collars with an up to date tag and be micro-chipped. 

If your dog(s) or any dog(s) (they) live with are showing any signs of ill health (coughing, diarrhea, vomiting, general illness, lethargy etc) you must cancel any pending booking. This is to ensure the health of all dogs visiting the site are kept safe as some may have weakened immune systems. 

All dog(s) must be on a lead when in the car park, entering and exiting the field

Any dog(s) persistently barking will not be allowed back to the field.

Personal Responsibilities

We and the land owner are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever and by whomsoever caused excepting that caused by the negligence or willful misconduct us or our employees, whether to property, dogs, or person(s) sustained whilst at the Field.

Declarations

By booking you agree to abide by these rules, terms and conditions, and accept that the use of these facilities is at my own risk and mine, my associates/family/friends and my dogs behavior and actions are my sole responsibility and no claim can be made against us or the landowner.

In this Privacy Policy, we have provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

Personal Information

Your personal information is only collected when you fill out a form or make a booking. Users of this site visit it anonymously, and personal information is only collected when it is given voluntarily via a form or booking. When contacting us via the contact form, you will be asked for your name and email address so that we can respond to an enquiry and address you personally. When making a booking for the dog field, you will be asked for your title, first name, surname, phone number and email address. This is so that we can contact you regarding your booking and process your payment.
